jobshadowingBeyond Birthday will stalk a character/person who interests him. Please fill out the permission post if you don't want an aspect like this in our CR or hit me up on discord (Cytes#8008) to talk about it more. Those are the two fastest and easiest ways at the moment.
All this information will be in character and if you leave it unlocked ICly he will memorize it.
However, the good part of it is that Beyond Birthday isn't real and that if there's something being done, even ICly, that you don't like, you can message me. We can talk it out, figure it out and work it out. This post will be locked to me for my own files but please contact me if you need me to retcon something if it's absolutely pressing and will ruin your play otherwise.
